My name is Travis Kelly. I am 25 years old. I play the bass guitar and I have been a really big No Doubt fan for 7
years now. When I first heard No Doubt was when the Just A Girl video came out. Around the time the Sunday Morning video came
out I bought Tragic Kingdom but for some reason at the time I had lost interest and sold my CD. But years later when
the Ex-Girlfriend video came out in 1999 that's when I started to like them again. I bought Return Of Saturn soon after
it was released and than I saw No Doubt for the first time July 7th of 2000 at the E-Center in West Valley. That was back
when Gwen had pink hair. Seeing them in concert was one of the biggest things that got me into No Doubt. I mean it was mostly
the diversity and positivity in their music but seeing in concert did help a lot. Soon after that I bought all the rest of
their albums that they had out at the time. Around that time I started playing the bass guitar. Tony Kanal from No Doubt really
inspired me in a lot ways to play bass. Than as soon as Rock Steady was released I bought it and saw No Doubt in concert for
the second time in April 2nd of 2002 at the UVSC Mckay Events Center in Orem, Utah. Then I saw No Doubt for the third time
in November 8th of 2002 in Nampa, Idaho at the Idaho Center. No Doubt helped me through a lot of hard times
in my life and opened me up to other kinds of music. The things I love about them the most is how original and different their
music is and how well they are able to mix many different styles and balance both fast rock out songs and soft slow songs.
And how you never know what their next album is going to sound like before they release it or anounce anything in interviews.
The other thing is they put on a really great show. They interact with their fans a lot and make the fans apart of the show
more than most other bands do. They work really hard to make everything they do the best. But one of the biggest things that
made me a No Doubt fan was the fact that they are very nice and respectful to their fans. Everytime I've met them they've
been really nice to me and every other fan I've heard of about meeting them have said they are really nice. No Doubt is my
first favorite band. Travis Kelly
